Synopsis

Everybody is Somebody, Inc. is a non-profit charitable organization which was incorporated in the State of Florida on August 16, 2010.
The Internal Revenue Service has determined that we are exempt from Federal Income Tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Therefore, contributions are deductable under section 170 of the code. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2016 or 2522 of the code.  Everybody is Somebody, Inc. is determined to be a public charity under the Internal Revenue Code.

Mission Statement

The mission of Everybody is Somebody, Inc. aka (EIS) is to provide youth enrichment for young adults between the ages of eleven to twenty-one years of age within the State of Florida, County of Volusia, City of Orange City, Florida, by enhancing self-esteem, character development, social interaction, as well as developing skills to become viable citizens in today’s society.

Purpose

Everybody is Somebody Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific and education purposes.

The purposes of this corporation are:

  1. Build confidence and self esteem
  2. Youth Enrichments
  3. Provide support in character development and social interaction
  4. Encourage youths to stay in school as well as excel academically
  5. Develop skills to become viable citizens in today’s society

Accomplishments

2010 - Organized Back to School Blash – gave away school supplies to sixty youths 
2011- Sponsored, organized and supported the 2nd Annual Orange City African American Festival
2012 – Sponsored a youth from the “Rising Stars” Youth Initiatives
2012 – Sponsored the C.A.T.A.L.Y.S.T. Global Youth Initiatives, Inc.  
2012 – Sponsored the Southwest Volusia ~ Safe Kids Rally
2012 – Sponsored of the Summer Food Service Program – for children 18years old and under
2012 - Sponsored, organized and supported the 3rd Annual Orange City African American Festival
2012-2013 – Planning, organizing, sponsoring the 4th Annual Orange City African American Festival
